CIT's Flat Panel Based Digital Radiography Systems

CIT's Flat Panel Based Digital Radiography Systems consist of variety of flat panel detectors, ranging from CMOS to a-Si to linear ones.

The accompanying DR-Browser software allows rapid acquisition of data and enable the operator to interpret radiographs, generate reports, plan production, construction, and scheduling maintenance workflow. The immediate benefits apply to Condition Monitoring, Corrosion Assessment and Material Loss Assessment, as well as traceability to exacting QA standards.

The complete system solution consists of a high performance computer system including a 20.8" TFT high-resolution monochrome screen for viewing of Radiographs and associated data, a document scanner for facilitating the attachment of other report documents to the radiographic images, and photographic quality hard copy printouts. Archiving of data to DVD-RAM media for long-term storage is also provided.

DR7100 Flat Panel Based Digital Radiography System CIT’s DR7100 System is based upon using Amorphous Silicon Real Time Flat Panel Detector, Portable X-Ray Generator Unit (160kV or 225kV) and High Performance NDT Workstation.
