 | Large Size PCB Inspection
CIT's Digital Radiography system can now generates 15 microns high definition radiograph images of electronic PCB up to 350mm x 430mm sizes.
The monochrome radiograph images can now be pseudo colour to paid detectability and viewed on ultrahigh resolution radiographic viewing monitors.
Radiograph images are captured from the single PCB within 6 minutes, thus increasing production output. Smaller size PCBs can be inspected in a faster inspection time of one minute.
Permanent archives can be kept and compound against reference good cards thus improving detectability and visibility of flaws such as solder adhesion and track variations.
